This 45-minute personal training session is designed to meet you where you are and help you move with confidence, strength, and purpose.
Whether you're just starting out or looking to deepen your fitness journey, we'll focus on personalized movement that supports your goals — from strength training and functional fitness to mobility, endurance, and core work. I’ll guide you with encouragement, mindful coaching, and attention to safe form and alignment.

We’ll start with a grounded coaching conversation to explore your wellness goals, emotional patterns, and energy blocks. From there, you'll transition into a restorative Reiki session to clear stagnant energy, balance your chakras, and reconnect with your inner light.
