Stacey Garcia is a wellness coach, Reiki Master Practitioner, personal trainer, podcast host, and mother of two who is deeply passionate about helping others reconnect with their strength, resilience, and inner wisdom.
Her journey into the world of health and healing began with movement. Stacey started out as a dancer, where she first discovered the powerful connection between the body, energy, and self-expression. That early love for movement eventually led her into a career in the health and wellness space, where she has spent more than 15 years working as a personal trainer and holistic health coach, helping people transform their physical and emotional wellbeing.
But Stacey’s path into deeper healing work came through a profound personal experience. As a cancer survivor, her recovery became a turning point in her life. During that time, she began exploring holistic approaches to healing and was introduced to energy work. Inspired by the impact it had on her own healing journey, Stacey went on to study and become a Reiki Master Practitioner, expanding her work to support clients not only physically, but energetically and emotionally as well.
Today, Stacey combines her background in fitness, holistic health coaching, and energy healing through her signature Aligned & Empowered Method, where she helps individuals reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and build sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing. Through personal training, coaching, and Reiki sessions, Stacey helps clients move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
Stacey is also the host of the Never Miss a Monday podcast, where she shares inspiring conversations with experts in wellness, mindset, parenting, healing, and personal growth. The podcast has become a space for honest dialogue and meaningful reflection, encouraging listeners to take small, consistent steps toward living more aligned and empowered lives.
In addition, Stacey created the Monday Momentum Membership Community, a supportive space where members receive weekly mindset voice notes, monthly reset calls, and encouragement to help them start each week with clarity, intention, and forward movement.
