Rooted & Rising is a sacred invitation to slow down, soften inward, and reconnect with yourself — so you can rise from a place of self-love, presence, and inner stability.

This three-hour women’s wellness experience is designed to support your nervous system, move energy through the body, and help you remember that true momentum begins within. Through intentional movement, energy healing, and soulful reflection, you’ll be guided back into alignment with your body, your intuition, and your inner strength.

Co-hosted by Stacey Garcia, host of the Never Miss A Monday podcast, and Ilyse Cohen, founder of Dancinerate, Rooted & Rising blends grounding practices with expressive movement — creating space to release what no longer serves and reconnect to what matters most.

Embodied Wisdom with Nicola Salter
Author of Finding Your Queen, Nicola will guide you through reflections on feminine leadership, intuition, and stepping into your inner authority with grace and compassion.

Dancinerate® with Ilyse Cohen
A powerful movement experience that allows emotions to move through the body, releasing stored stress and reconnecting you to joy, freedom, and self-expression.

Pilates with Susannah Todd
A 30-minute mindful Pilates class to strengthen, lengthen, and gently awaken the body — building confidence and stability from the inside out.

Reiki Circle with Stacey Garcia
A grounding group Reiki experience to calm the nervous system, restore energetic balance, and reconnect you to your inner sense of safety and self-love.

What to Bring

  • Please bring your yoga mat. If you don’t have one handy, no problem! We will have one for you to borrow.

  • We will be flowing from moving to meditation so come comfy!

  • We are an eco-friendly bunch but don’t worry if you forgot yours, we will have water for you!

  • This may be something you’ll want to share with a loved one! Just make sure you are both signed up.

  • Get ready for a life-altering day of rest, relaxation and breakthroughs!

Sample Itinerary
  • Co-hosts Stacey Garcia and Ilyse Cohen open the morning with a heartfelt welcome and grounding check-in to help you arrive fully in the space. Through intention setting and gentle connection, you’ll be invited to settle into your body, feel supported, and begin the day rooted in presence and self-love.

  • Drawing from her book The Queen Within, Nicola Salter invites you into a powerful conversation about self-worth, intuition, and embodied feminine leadership. Through reflection and storytelling, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your inner Queen and cultivate a deeper relationship with self-love and personal power.

  • This 45-minute Dancinerate® class is an invitation to move freely, release stored emotion, and reconnect to joy through music and movement. Guided by Ilyse Cohen, you’ll be encouraged to let your body lead, dance without judgment, and transform energy through expression — cultivating confidence, presence, and deep self-love.

  • Enjoy light refreshments while getting to know our community.

  • This 30-minute Pilates session offers mindful movement to gently strengthen, lengthen, and support the body. With an emphasis on breath, alignment, and self-awareness, you’ll awaken your core and cultivate strength from a place of care, presence, and self-love.

  • Led by Stacey Garcia, this group Reiki circle offers a calming energetic reset to support relaxation, balance, and self-love. Through guided intention and gentle energy healing, you’ll be invited to soften, restore your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner sense of peace and alignment.

  • A gentle closing circle to reflect, ground, and integrate the morning. We’ll anchor self-love through breath, gratitude, and intention — leaving rooted, connected, and supported as we carry this energy forward.

Nicola  is an international mindset mentor and transformation coach who helps women rediscover their purpose, overcome limiting beliefs, and build empowered, fulfilling lives and businesses. She is an author of the brand new book, Finding your Queen, speaker, and host of the Your Unique Brilliance podcast.

llyse Cohen

 A celebrated dance fitness expert, creator of Dancinerate®, and real estate professional with The Agency in Los Angeles, Ilyse has built a life rooted in passion, purpose, and connection. Whether on stage, in a studio, or in someone’s home search, Ilyse lives by the motto: Be Comfortable. Be Authentic. Be You.

Stacey Garcia

Stacey Garcia is an Integrative Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Reiki Master, and host of the Never Miss A Monday podcast. Through movement, mindset, and energy work, she helps women reconnect to themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and build sustainable momentum rooted in self-love. Stacey’s work blends practicality with intuition, creating spaces where women feel supported, grounded, and empowered to begin again — gently and intentionally.

Studio Susannah is a private (mostly) Classical Pilates studio. Susannah Todd is a Second Generation Pilates instructor certified by Romana Kryzanowska. Her background includes 30 years of teaching, 20 years studio management, and 8 years teacher training.

  • Our intention with Rooted & Rising is to create a space where women feel deeply grounded, safe, and connected to themselves. By nurturing the body, calming the nervous system, and leading with self-love, we create the foundation from which true growth can unfold. From that rooted place, rising becomes natural, gentle, and sustainable.
